Whether you are female or male, it is said that we all have a masculine and feminine side. The masculine side is our hunter, defender, builder, etc. Our feminine side is our lover, socializer, caretaker, and artist. Many of us learn to exhibit one side more than another due to our upbringing and environment when we were young. For example, I was raised mostly by my mother and grandmother, and so anyone I know can tell you I have a strong feminine side in spite of my looking like a bully from south Philly. I also spent a great deal of time on my own as a kid and had only comic books and TV Westerns to bide my time... and later in life I was a high school and college athlete... and so many people I know will also tell you I have a strong masculine side.
