You, Me And The Moon

Privacy of information and identity and security of transmission.

Confidentiality Agreement

William Apollo and his associates at AstralVizion.com solemnly swear to never reveal your identity, the things you talk about, your secrets or confessions or anything else we discuss to anyone or sell your contact information to any third party. We want you to feel comfortable talking about what really matters to you... your health, spirituality, sexuality, fears, delights... all of this is considered confidential and never to be repeated outside of our conversations unless you express a desire for us to be involved in a discussion with you and a third party.

There is only one exception to this promise, which we must advise up front and for our security and yours. If, in the course of our discussions and communications, you confess to committing a crime of any sort, we are obligated to divulge any information we have if asked. If you confess to a crime of murder, rape, abuse or any other physical harm to another person, we are legally obligated to report the matter to the proper authorities immediately. So... keep any of that to yourself and/or go talk to a lawyer.

Security of Transmission.

All emails sent from our servers are sent with SSL Encryption, which is the technology industry standard for scrambling transmissions so they can only be read by the person who is intended to read them. We do our part, including using SSL enabled email servers, a secured network at our office, firewall protection on our computers and SSL enabled email software. All of this technology operates invisibly as it is built in to most common software and hardware that you purchase, as long as you have it enabled. We cannot be responsible for what happens to emails once they are transmitted from our servers to your servers. If you do not enable SSL on your email software, mobile phone, home network, etc., you are potentially exposed to hackers, spoofers and listeners. We will be happy to help you adjust the settings on your computer and/or home network via Skype for a nominal fee. Or you can learn more about how to configure SSL below.
